Passing of leading social scientist, Gaylene Becker, PhD
Gay Becker’s closest colleagues are deeply saddened to report that Gay passed away on January 7, 2007, in Bangkok, following 8 weeks of illness. She and her husband, Roger, were traveling in India when she became ill. We will always remember her compassion, vision, strength of character, diplomacy and generosity of spirit.
