Coping with Stress

Elissa Epel, PhD, tells CBS correspondent John Blackstone how stress affects us and talks about ways to deal with it. Her advice: Don't overstress about the little things in life, and focus on the present instead of ruminating about the past or worrying about the future. Epel also talks about her research that found chronic stress causes premature aging.
